Donate food

Our foodbank relies on your goodwill and support.

Thank you so much to all those who donate food. With the increasing demand in the local area as people struggle to make ends meet in the cost-of-living crisis, we are seeing a shortfall between the donations coming in and the food going out. We are having to buy food each week in order to meet the demand. If you feel able to help us, please see the list of our most wanted items and drop them into one of our local permanent collection points.

Over 90% of the food distributed by foodbanks in The Trussell Trust network is donated by the public – that’s why your food donations are absolutely vital to our ability to give everyone referred to us a balanced and nutritious three day supply of food.

Our shopping list on the right shows the food parcel items that we need right now. You can keep up to date with our latest ‘most needed items’ by downloading the Bank the Food app and following Warwick District Foodbank.

We always welcome donations and promise to use them to provide help to people in crisis. Occasionally we send food to other nearby foodbanks to support their work particularly if they experience shortages. This ensures your donations go to help people wherever in the UK they are.

Please contact us if you have any questions about donating food.

Tesco and/or Asda Permanent Collection Points (PCPs) are intended for food that has been purchased in-store. Any food that has been purchased in a different store and brought into the PCP store should be sealed by the donor and clearly labelled as having been purchased elsewhere.
